Foodie Festivals, what you waiting for?

Here is a selection of food festivals over the coming weeks, with nearby accommodation from Hoseasons.

The Great Bath Feast – October 01-31

The Great Bath Feast provides the perfect excuse for foodies to visit Britain’s only natural hot spa city this autumn. Spend the evening with celebrity chefs including Nigella and Tom Kerridge, or enjoy a gin-tasting session at the Holburne Museum as part of a month-long menu of events running throughout October.

A 3-night weekend break for two people in a brand new luxury lodge at Bath Mill Lodge retreat, just 3 miles from the city centre, costs from £285.

Bude for Food Festival – September 18-20

Scrumptious street food from a range of local artisan producers will be on offer in the grounds of Bude Castle as the town comes together for the second annual Bude for Food Festival. Notable local chefs will be demonstrating their skills in a giant Kitchen Theatre and there’s a full range of evening entertainment including music and comedy. Make a weekend of it with a stay at nearby woodland lodge retreat Eastcott Lodges, where a 3-night weekend break for four people, starting September 19, costs from £139.
