Events to Enjoy at Woburn Safari Park This Summer

Schools out, now you need to keep the kids entertained, WSP has something on offer for small and big kids alike.

 

 

Amur Tiger Charity Weekend
Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July

Woburn Safari Park will be holding a fundraising event on the 25th & 26th July to support the Amur Leopard and Tiger Alliance. The event will aim to raise vital funds and awareness for these beautiful species and support the Amur Tiger Conservation Project.

Mini VIP trips to meet the Tigers up close will be available to book in advance for only £10 per person and visitors will be able to explore the Visitor Enrichment Centre and take part in tiger themed games. There will also be face painting and three special star prizes to be won in the raffle.


 


 

Penguin Charity Weekend
Saturday 1st August and Sunday 2nd August 

Woburn’s Animal Encounters team is holding a special penguin charity weekend on the 1st and 2nd August to help raise money for the vulnerable Punta San Juan Project in Peru, home to Peru’s largest breeding population of Humboldt penguins.

Visitors can take part in special penguin feeds, a raffle and lots of other fun activities to help raise money and awareness for the Proyecto Punta San Juan charity.


 

Meet The Gruffalo
Sunday 9th August

Woburn Safari Park will be welcoming The Gruffalo, when he comes for a special visit to The Park on Sunday 9th August.
Appearing at Elephant Meadow at intervals throughout the day, fans will have the chance to meet The Gruffalo and take photos with him.

 

 

Meet Peppa Pig
Bank Holiday Monday: 31st August

Woburn Safari Park’s favourite little friend, Peppa Pig, is back by popular demand.  The well-loved character will be returning to the Park on Monday 31st August.

Appearing at Elephant Meadow at intervals throughout the day, fans will have a chance to meet Peppa Pig, have a photo taken and join her to listen to her favourite tales during story-time sessions.

 

August Bank Holiday Barbecue 

Sunday 30th August and Monday 31st August 2015

Come and join Woburn Safari Park for a delicious Bank Holiday barbecue treat!  Families will have the chance to enjoy a selection of mouth-watering barbecue favourites from 12.30pm until 3.30pm at the Safari Lodge at the heart of the Foot Safari.

The Park opens from 10am until 6pm with last entry at 5pm.
